All IF Oxford tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless a show has been cancelled – in which case we shall notify you and reimburse the price of the tickets as soon as possible – or the particulars of the show change in a manner which results in you being unable or unwilling to attend, in which case we will reimburse the price of the tickets as soon as possible.
