What is the Supernatural?

What do we mean by the supernatural? And what difference does the supernatural make to our everyday lives? Join Andrew Davison and Alison Milbank for an evening of discussion for the launch of Plough's Autumn edition.

There will be a chance to chat with the speakers over refreshments after the event.

Alison Milbank is Professor Emeritus of Theology and Literature at the University of Nottingham and Canon Theologian at Southwell Minster. Her two most recent books are The Once and Future Parish (SCM, 2023) and God and the Gothic: Religion, Romance and Reality in the English Literary Tradition (OUP, 2018).

Andrew Davison is a British Anglican Christian theologian, who is Regius Professor of Divinity at the University of Oxford and residentiary canon at Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford.
