Our Keynote Speaker for June is Ahmed Khan.

Ahmed graduated from university in 2016. After having been rejected by over 30 jobs and internships and because he didn’t have a career lined up, he decided to give entrepreneurship a go but wasn’t exactly sure where to begin.

After a few months he stumbled upon property investing and started educating himself on rent-to-rent serviced accommodation. By 2018 he had acquired over 40 apartments, mainly on rent-to-rent & management agreements.

His Serviced Accommodation business led him to win 'Progressive Property VIP Outstanding Achievement 2017' award.
By the end of 2018, he started shifting his focus on building a property development & since then he has built a portfolio valued at over £4,000,000!
