THEN, GROUND YOURSELF WITH RENEE FELIX DURING A MINDFULNESS MEDITATION ALONGSIDE OUR HORSES, GUIDED BY THE PRINCIPLES OF EQUINE ASSISTED LEARNING (EAL).
