Participate in therapeutic meditation which works to heal the deep layers of stress, by taking the brain into meditative frequencies of gamma, alpha, beta, theta and delta where even the cells heal, transform and rebuild; providing a profound effect on people’s: physical, mental and emotional state.
Attendees of this session are bathed in harmonic vibrations integrating each individual into a state of peace and calm. The singing bowls used in this session are tuned to the 7 chakras which allows clients to: cleanse energetic blockages, relieve stress, re-align, feel balanced and highlight a healthy life practice. Your instructor for this workshop is Yvonne Clark. She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology/literature and holds the highest certification in teaching yoga (E-RYT500) and has been instructing yoga since 2006. She is also a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and works in studio settings, as well as, clinical settings where the concentration is on effecting the physical, emotional and mental well-being of participants.
