Circuits Club

Circuits Club is a fun and fast paced circuit training exercise class suitable for all fitness levels. It runs every Friday, 9-10am (term time only) and involves a mix of cardio and strength training.

All equipment is provided, including mats, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.

The class runs in the Gill Garratt room in South Oxford Community Centre. Entrance is either via the courtyard or the navy blue doors in the doctor's car park off Lake Street.
