Fitness activities
Free Gym, Gym Induction and Classes
Saturday: 9am - 4pm
Our friendly gym and fitness team will be on hand to help, show you around and provide free, on-the-spot inductions where you get chance to get on some of the equipment and make yourself familiar with the centre.
We can also provide you with a FREE Boditrax Scan: This is an amazingly clever system that assesses your body and, very quickly, delivers 14 different measurements, such as your ideal weight, your BMI and your metabolic age, as well as your fat and muscle mass. It's completely free to use, and you can also get a free review of your results.
No need to book for the gym, just turn up and talk to a member of our team. All classes are bookable on the timetable on our website.

Swimming Sessions
Free Swimming Taster Lessons
These lessons are designed to build confidence and introduce essential water skills in a fun and supportive environment, perfect for anyone new to swimming. These sessions are a great chance to dive in, learn new techniques, and enjoy our pool - exclusively free for the day!
Taster Swimming Lessons will run from 8.30am - 12pm. To book your free taster swimming lesson, head to our timetable on our website to book.
General Swimming Activities
We're running a range of free splash-tastic swimming activities across the afternoon on our Big Open Day. Why don't you bring your family down for a splashing family fun session in the pool or race around our Pool Inflatable to see who can conquer the course while they jump. slip and slide to victory.
Family Fun Swim: 12pm - 1pm, 1pm - 2pm, 3pm - 4pm
