Certified Tai Chi Instructor | Matter of Balance Instructor | Health Coach. Gloria is a powerhouse in women’s movement and health with 12 plus years of experience helping people of all ages from toddlers to seniors. Those with an open mindset and eager for a change in keep moving their body and mind and know their health and reclaim their power. A retiree, she blends evidence-based nutrition, movement and motivational coaching to support all age groups through lifestyle changes. Her motto, “Let movement be your prescription to your wholeness.”
Tai Chi is a gentle low-impact mind-body exercise with roots in ancient African and Chinese martial arts. It involves a series of slow, flowing movements, deep breathing, and focused
awareness, promoting both physical and mental wellbeing.
Tai Chi is known for its potential health benefits. Including improved balance and reduced falls, as well as stress and anxiety reduction. Alignment of the body may lower the blood pressure, muscle strength, and enhanced flexibility to name a few of the benefits.
Tai Chi is accessible to beginners as well as those with various styles and forms suitable for all fitness levels.
