Whether you’re a seasoned drummer or have never picked up a drum in your life, you are so welcome here. This is a therapeutic, not clinical, space — designed to help you reconnect to your body, your breath, your inner beat, and your routine. Think of it as nervous system regulation wrapped in joy, rhythm, and radical belonging.
We’ll gather in circle, drum together, breathe together, and realign ourselves as we shift from summer stillness to the structure of the season ahead.
