Anyone wanting to eat can order off their menu paid individually. They have a variety of appetizers, burgers, sandwiches and other items available. They will have a full kitchen staffed for any of our needs.
We are trying to keep cost down so price will not be a reason not to attend. The venue has been paid for. All we ask is, if anyone wants to donate any money toward the event you can contact me directly 615-945-8733 or

But if not, don't feel like you have to. There will also be a bunch of folks going to the Friday After Five the night before (August 1, 2025). If there are classmates you know that are not on Facebook or this group, please give them the info or invite them to this group. I will me making an event page so we can kind of keep up with who all will be attending. I really hope everyone will do their best to attend. It seems we lose classmates every year!

Once a guest clicks the link, or copy and paste link in your browser, they will be brought to a reservation page that will allow them to book directly into the block. They may need to scroll down to see the rates. The group rates and dates should be displayed automatically. Please keep in mind, the landing page will automatically default to the full date range of the block. Guests can select “change/edit search” to adjust arrival and departure date. However, they will not be able to book the group rate outside of the official date range. The guests can always give us a call if they experience any technical difficulties or prefer to book by phone.
Your group rate is available until 7/11/25. After that date, any rooms not picked up will be released back into general inventory and the group rate will no longer be available. You will not be responsible for any rooms not picked up.
