Meal Prep Class & Supper!!

Join us for a social start at 6:pm.

Inspire Health will bring everything to prepare 3 family size meals with each meal consisting of over 1.5 lbs of meat and over a pound of veggies. {All seasonings, spices and olive oils included.} You will also take your meals home in a cute little Inspire Health insulated food bag--come prep with us!!

Three Take Home Meals:
Steak Bites w/Mixed Veggies
Buttered Ranch Chicken Tenders w/Carrot Fries
Salisbury Steak Seasoned meatloaf w/Green Beans

You will also get FREE supper with your class; Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps w/Homemade Ranch Dressing, Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bite. BYOB!!
