Find Your Flow is designed for students who often attend basic classes and are curious about exploring the faster-paced, mixed-level flow style.

In this supportive and encouraging workshop, you’ll learn:
• How to safely transition between poses with greater ease
• Helpful prop modifications to make flow classes more accessible
• Tips and techniques to build confidence in a faster-paced practice

Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself or simply add more movement and rhythm to your practice, this workshop will help you bridge the gap — with plenty of guidance, encouragement, and time to ask questions.

Workshop Fee: $30
