Total Body BOOST (August)

Come build strength 💪 and boost your metabolism and mood 🥰 with this fun full-body strength and cardio workout! Join certified group fitness instructor Elizabeth for a sweaty good time 😉

Workout will use dumbbells, glute bands, and bodyweight moves to tone and get your heart rate up. Ideal for those who have exercised some before but need help staying consistent or getting back into it (advanced beginners to intermediate).

We provide some light dumbbells (3s, 5s, 8s) and yoga mats.(Bring heavier dumbbells if needed.) Bring water and get ready to feel the BOOST! 😁
