Join us (rain or shine) for a high energy 5k run including 2-3 OPTIONAL bootcamp stops.
We meet at the NCC Bistro in Patterson Creek Park (The Glebe).
Run along the Rideau Canal, feel the music, witness the hype, find great friends, and have the BEST time 👟🎶
Make sure to stick around for the post-run hang .
