Sunset Sound Healing Yoga at the Beach

** NOTE: Should inclement weather be looming, please be sure to check the event page prior to coming in order to verify the go/no-go status. We may have to postpone or cancel. **

Join Rebecca, Lori and Leo in an hour of yoga accompanied by sweet sound healing music, followed by a 30 minute savasana sound bath.

We will be meeting to the west of the Ron Kolbus community centre. Look for us just beyond the big willow tree past the parking lot.

Be sure to leave ample time to find parking! The beach lots tend to fill up fast, so you may be better off to park on the streets in the surrounding area and walk to the beach.

Payment is by voluntary donation, $20 suggested. A donation basket will be out for a cash offering if you prefer.

Dress warmly (it tends to be quite windy and can get chilly especially during savasana), bring your mat, a blanket, your water bottle, and a smile and join us!
