A bit about the event: This in-person workshop is designed to help you break through barriers by diving deep into topics relating to self-leadership, setting healthy boundaries, and discovering what it means to truly become women who are rooted in confidence.

Join life coach, Alesia Ibrahim, for a powerful session filled with helpful tools, powerful conversations and practical strategies that will inspire you to embrace your inner leader and welcome a shifted mindset.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for growth — this is your space to reflect, root, and rise.

A bit about the facilitator: Alesia is a certified Life Coach and Mental Health First Aid respondent, as well as an experienced facilitator who has helped hundreds of people develop workplace, life and family skills, reaching everyone from high school students, to those living with a disability, to newcomers and refugees, and to corporate professionals.

Organizations she has worked with include: Youth Futures Program, Performance Plus Rehabilitative Care, City of Ottawa, The Ottawa Library, Refugee613, CityStudio, Employment Ontario and Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est.

She is a wife, mother of three and daughter of Christ. She is a mentor, peer supporter, MC and public speaker. And she is passionate about empowering and grounding others.
