Quiet the Mind: Hear What Matters - Ottawa
How can my ‘inner, knowing voice’ be heard in a surrounding world of ‘noise’? How can I create stillness and allow space to be able to listen deeply to what is most important? Stilling the mind, imagination and emotions opens the possibility for our hearts to speak.
Our evening will include a focus on the relaxation, breath and visualization.

Sacred Ground - Chelsea Quebec
The ground of our lives is sacred - the ground of the body, of the mind and of the heart. The power of choice to nourish each and to make changes is up to each of us. How do I care for this ground? Is there anything that needs to be uprooted and anything new you would like to “plant”?
This 3-hour day retreat will include visualisation, relaxation, breath and drawing (no artistic skill required).
