Ottawa OCD Walk

We will once again be organizing a team for the International OCD Foundation's One Million Steps for OCD Walk!

Join us for the walk on September 7, 2025 at 3:30pm!

This community event is open to anyone - those with OCD, family and friends, clinicians & researchers, policy-makers, caring community members, kids, and pets. In addition to being a fundraiser and awareness-raising event, it's also an opportunity to connect with others in our community. If you reside in (or want to travel to!) the Ottawa area, we would love for you to join our team.

We will be gathering in Minto Park at 102 Lewis Street and going on a short 3km walk. We'll follow it up with a barbeque and lawn games for anyone who wants to hang out after the walk!
