About This Workshop:
Journey through a 60 minute all-levels Yin sound bath with Movati’s Yoga teacher Julie Lefebvre. Students will be guided into relaxing energy, while Julie performs a healing sound bath with crystal singing bowls and chimes. The sounds of the singing bowl will guide students into a deeper, meditative state. Surrender, relax and unwind with mind, body and spirit!
About your instructor Julie:
Julie has been practicing and teaching Yoga for over twenty years – she became interested in Yoga through her exposure with Derek Kendrick at OYS. Julie practiced with Derek and went on to study with some of the world’s foremost Yoga practitioners and instructors like David Swenson, David Williams, Reema Datta, Yogrishi Vishvketu and Danny Paradise.
Price: $25.00 plus HST - non members must pay drop in guest fee plus workshop fee.
