Please join Rebecca White Raven and Kevin Guerette for an evening of intentional body-driven movement and sound healing!
We will create a container to allow full body expression, to let go, be free, allow love and joy and discovery of our inner being.
We will end the evening with a healing sound bath to integrate the experience.
What can I expect from an ecstatic dance??
– an opportunity to get out of your head and into your body! A movement meditation where you listen to how your body would like to move and be. It does NOT need to look like dancing! All bodies, all movement, all inner rhythm explorations are welcome! We keep silent throughout the dance to better allow a focus on our inner being and listen to the body. We let our bodies do the talking! The music will be from a variety on genres including funk, disco, and more! Also there will be a glow in the dark light and other fun lighting to make it an awesome dance party fun time! Wear some white!
What can I expect from the sound healing??
– sweet sound vibrations help integrate the dance experience and allow whatever energy has shifted to release and let go. We drop into the earth and dream to the sound of crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and other sweet instruments.
This event will be about community connection, open hearts, and free spirits. No drugs or alcohol please.
We will meet and mingle, circle and connect, move and dance, center, listen and integrate.
All ages and abilities are welcome!

7:00 opening circle, intention setting
7:15 dancing
8:15 sound healing
8:50 closing circle
You are also welcome to bring a yoga mat or cushion to be more comfy on the floor for the sound bath.
