Cold Antipasto: sliced fine cured meats, array of international and local cheeses, tomato basil bruschetta, whole poached salmon, marinated cold shrimps, marinated vegetables, Greek dolmades
Hot Antipasto: fried calamari, golden shrimp torpedos, Spanakopita, chef-manned carved smoked meat station
Main course options:
Choice of slow oven roast AAA strip loin of beef, sweet mash, peppercorn demi glaze
OR
Gemista: Greek stuffed tomatoes and peppers with rice
Dessert: Trio chocolate sweets, featuring Dubai chocolate, strawberry dipped in chocolate and chocolate mousse.
