Hallowheel Roller Party 2025 - All Ages Session

Celebrate all things spoooky with lights, costumes, and lots of roller rentals on the smooth floor of the beautiful Horticulture Building.

Bring a friend or a host of them and join us there!

• Tickets are only available on Eventbrite. Any other platform is NOT a valid source of admission, nor rental reservations. No transfer, or resale of admission is permitted.
• YOUTH (under 16 y.o.): Only legal parents/guardians can purchase for their own youths. You can not purchase a ticket for another person's youth.
• Youth need to wear a helmet while on skate(s). Youth under 13 y.o. must be directly supervised by an on-skate adult.
• Students (16 -25 y.o.) may have a legal parent/guardian purchase a ticket, or can buy their own ticket, but ONLY for themself from a UNIQUE email to ensure the waiver is valid.
• ADULT (18 y.o. +): Purchase tickets ONLY for yourself. Each adult skater must purchase their own ticket, from a UNIQUE email and complete their OWN waiver.
• SPECTATORS: Need admission as this includes the waiver for insurance purposes.
• SEASON PASSES: are not valid for special events

• If you have your own quads, or inlines you are welcome to wear those.
• Rentals (when needed) MUST be booked as an add-on to your admission in the correct size
• Rentals purchased without admission are not valid

-> Any tickets not purchased according to these conditions will be cancelled and costs are the purchaser's responsibility.

• We also go by the name of OQS (Ottawa Quad Session), the weekly events we put together. Follow us on Eventbrite, Facebook and or Instagram!
• We're volunteer-run, we're non-profit, we're fun-driven!
• We run a year-long program of recreational roller skating for our membership and whoever wants to drop in for a spin. We quad weekly most Fridays and throw in a number of roller parties throughout the year for good measure (and fundraising!)

Info: Doors open at 5, Skating ends at 7:30 and we clear the floor to reset for the next session.
