Social Square Dancing is a fun, easy way to get moving. It’s light cardio disguised as laughter, music, and teamwork—and along the way you’ll pick up a new skill, make friends, and boost your mental and physical well-being.
No partner? No experience? No problem. All ages, backgrounds, genders, and identities are welcome. Gay, lesbian, bi, straight, trans—we’re all part of the same big, friendly family, and we can’t wait for you to join us.
