'Join us for a 2-hour Fall Prevention Workshop designed to empower you with the knowledge and exercises to maintain your strength, balance, and foot health as you age. This interactive session combines evidence-based principles and practical training tools to reduce your risk of falling and improve your mobility.
In this workshop, you will:
👣Learn about the vital role of foot health and how to train your feet and lower legs to stay strong and stable.
👣Participate in a balance screening test to assess your current stability and track improvements.
👣Understand the importance of weight training and resistance exercises to maintain lean muscle mass and support major muscle groups essential for fall prevention.
👣Experience hands-on balance exercises using The Foot Collective’s Solemate cork beams.
Whether you have experienced falls or simply want to stay proactive about your health, this workshop will equip you with practical tools and knowledge to help you move confidently and safely every day!
