EPIC RIDE 2025 REGISTRATION OPEN
We're excited to share that registration is officially now open!

Mark your calendars – you will not want to miss this event!
Registration: 8:00am, Kickstands up at 9:30am
Riders can register for $30.00, and passengers can join them for
an additional $10.00.
The event will kick off at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Hospital
at 1145 Carling Ave and end at Metcalfe Fairgrounds, where a BBQ will be held.
Every year, the proceeds from the event go towards supporting the highest priority needs of clients in care at The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Care Centre, as well as advocacy, research, and education initiatives. The Epic Ride plays a crucial role in supporting and advocating for mental health and suicide prevention awareness.
We want to work towards ending the stigma around suicide by
continuing to advocate for those in need.
Come on out and join us, and let us ride for the cause on September 14th, 2025!
