Autumn Healing Yoga & Sound Bath

Join us at Toledo Botanical Garden for a special yoga session and healing sound experience to honor our transition into autumn.

Jenn McCullough will lead the group in a soothing Hatha yoga practice, acknowledging the aspects of transition, letting go, harvest, nurturing, and gratitude. Rebecca will use crystal singing bowls and other instruments during an extensive Shavasana experience. This works with the chakras on a more subtle, yet powerful level.

$30 pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
