Bingocize Fall Prevention Workshop Starts August 4th: Mondays & Wednesdays at 10am

Mondays & Wednesdays: 10am

Come get moving while having Bingo fun!

Learn low impact exercises, tips on how to prevent falls, and
improve your balance all while playing Bingo. All exercises may be performed while seated if you prefer.

The workshop runs for 20 sessions.

We invite you to as many sessions as you can attend. We will
not meet on Dime Jingle Mondays.

We appreciate a $1 donation a class for raffle.
