Sunday Reset Yoga

A deeply meditative, restful practice designed to calm the nervous system and prepare the body for a nourishing rest. This class focuses on supported poses and stillness, inviting the fascia to soften and release (deep stretch) — which directly supports nervous system regulation.
Practiced on Sunday evenings, this class helps you truly let go of the week so you can wake up Monday feeling grounded, rested, and more at ease.
