Sip & Stretch Yoga - August 1st

Start your Friday with serenity! Join Lisa Deleo for a 45-minute all-levels yoga class on the lawn at Lakeside Cellars, overlooking the stunning Osoyoos Lake.

🧘‍♀️ Class begins at 9:30 AM and includes a complimentary mimosa or mocktail to enjoy after your flow.

What to bring:

✔️ Yoga mat (let us know if you need one)

✔️ Water bottle

✔️ Sunscreen & hat

✔️ Your beautiful smile!

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and settle in. See you on the mat!
