You are warmly invited to gather in sacred circle for an afternoon of gentle connection, heart medicine, and soulful reflection.
Through the ancient ritual of cacao, we’ll open a soft space to listen to our hearts, connect with others, and root into self-love. Together we’ll share in sacred drink, guided meditation, breathing, sharing, and beautiful sacred chants. There is no need to perform or be anyone but yourself. Just come as you are!
🤲 We will close with a sharing circle and journaling, so we may all carry the medicine of the ceremony forward with intention.
🌱 The cacao we will share in this ceremony comes directly from a small-scale shamanic plantation in Chiapas, Mexico. Here, the spirit of Mama Cacao has been honored as sacred medicine for thousands of years. It is lovingly and ceremoniously grown, harvested, and fermented by Mayan Indigenous communities, using traditional methods that preserve the spirit and potency of the plant. Double-roasted and lovingly prepared in small batches, this cacao is pure, earthy, and full of heart. I’m honoured to share with you this offering from the land and people of Chiapas to support deep connection, community healing, and inner awakening.

As children of the Earth I believe that Sacred Plant Medicine is meant for all to access, and it is my privilege to share it with all who feel called to this form of healing.
⚠️ Important Health Considerations
• Avoid eating a heavy meal right before the ceremony; ideally come with a light stomach so the cacao can be fully absorbed and you can notice its full effects.
• Drink plenty of water before and after the ceremony to stay hydrated.
• If you are on antidepressants (SSRIs or MAOIs), have a heart condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, please let me know in advance, as lower doses may be recommended for you.
• If you have low blood pressure, cacao may lower it further or cause spikes. Please monitor how you feel.
The cacao used is pure and strong, and you will be served an intentional dose of 30g, suitable for a noticeable effect.

You are welcome to request a smaller dose.
You can also participate in all aspects of the ceremony without drinking cacao. If this is the case I can prepare a custom herbal drink for you that fits your needs.
