About the event

4th Sunday Summer Herd Meditations
Herd meditations are an unmounted group experience with horses. Generally there are 4-12 participants, experienced horse handlers, a facilitator and horses. We sit in chairs in a circle, under trees and have a guided relaxation that leads into meditation, followed by a group discussion and reflection on what was experienced, allowing participants to share and process their insights. There may be a short lesson on valuable tools to help bring peace as we navigate our day-to-day lives. $20 per person
