Candlelight Relaxation & Sound Meditation

To support the transition and fluctuation of seasons and longer days, this class holds space for a slower pace of life. You will first experience sound as mantra meditation with an introduction to Sanskrit and your own unique vibration. You will be invited to discover deep ease within the stillness of savasana through a guided relaxation supported by sound bowls and other world instruments.Then transition this stillness to the mind in a seated, guided meditation. Come prepared to let your body rest and explore the beautiful complexities of your inner space.
