This three part active breath helps us move energy and emotions through the body, resets the nervous system, and is a powerful way to strengthen the immune system. This practice is set to music and builds from a gentle grounding exercise, through a cue to release a sigh, scream, laugh, cry, wiggle, etc, and then ends in a restorative savasana. This practice can induce very beneficial physical, emotional, and even spiritual experiences.
Workshop Structure
- 30 minutes of Science & Education for healthy daily breathing & consciously managing anxiety and improving sleep
- 30 minutes of Active & Expressive Breathing
- 30 minutes of integration of the practice(s)
