Join Victoria for this fun-filled workshop where you will learn the art of PLAY in your practice through arm balances and transitions.
Here's what to expect:
- learn basic arm balances, such as crow and side crow
- gain tips and tools to build strength for arm balance poses
- explore fun transitions like hopping forwards and back, crow to headstand, etc.
- understand how to weave these fun transitions into your daily practice
- play with ways to level up certain poses, like extended side angle into bird of paradise or half moon into sugar cane pose.
This workshop will leave you feeling empowered to confidently explore your practice, move beyond fear, build strength, and play with possibility in your body! What are you waiting for?
