Prenatal Yoga - 6 week series w/ Nicole
Nurture your pregnant body and bond with your growing baby as you move through postures to work on overall strength and flexibility to support your journey into motherhood and postpartum.
You will learn breathing techniques to help relax you throughout your pregnancy, and to use during labour and birth. You will also meet and bond with other women who are on the same journey as you, in a welcoming and supportive environment 🖤
Suitable for all levels and stages of pregnancy; no previous Yoga experience required.

- WHEN: Saturdays from 9:30-10:30am
- DATES: November 1st - December 6th
- WHERE: Unheated Room
- INVESTMENT: $120+hst | a drop in rate of $29+hst will be available if there is space
- 25% discount if you sign up for both prenatal series; email studio to receive discount and sign up for both!
- WHAT TO BRING IN STUDIO: yoga mat & water (all other props provided)
- minimum 6 participants
- maximum 24 participants
- pre-registration is recommended as space is limited
