In this circle, we will explore the profound experience of grief to help you support yourself, and/or others in your life, going through an emotional experience to transform the difficulties of life.
This workshop is for you if you or someone you love have experienced any of the following:
~ ending of a relationship/job
~ moving
~ passing of a loved one/animal
~ sickness
~ child(ren) moving out
~ loved ones with dementia
~ abandonment/growing up without 1/both parents
~ past trauma that continues to surface
The intention is to calm the nervous system, reducing stress while bringing awareness to the heart. Together we will explore where in the body you store these emotions, tension, and memories.
We will go inward to find presence, grounding, and most importantly, a safe space to process the emotions/feelings that sit within your body.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
~ yoga: heart opening poses supported by hands on assists
~ sound healing (facilitated by Bri) while receiving energy clearing by Samantha
~ inquiry
~ tools moving forward in our day to day life
~ talking circle

- WHEN: Sunday, September 7th from 12:30-4pm
- WHERE: Unheated Room
- INVESTMENT: $77+hst
- There are NO discounts on this workshop as there is a guest facilitator for the sound healing.
- WHAT TO BRING: yoga mat, water, journal + pen
- OPTIONAL: blanket and eye mask
- WHAT TO WEAR: something comfortable that you can move in, layers are best
