Join Steph for a 4 week meditation series where you will go on a transformative inner exploration of the senses. Through guided meditation, mindful exercises, and reflective prompts, you'll learn to tune into the subtle wisdom of your senses, rediscovering the present moment with clarity and calm. This series invites you to slow down, deepen your awareness, and travel inward -- one sense at a time.
Throughout the 4 weeks, we will slowly increase the length of our meditation time, which makes this series great for ALL, whether you're new to meditation or just looking to reconnect to or strengthen your practice.

- we will have bolsters and blankets available for use or feel free to bring your own
