Garden Stretch and Release Workshop

Join us in the Sunken Tennis Court as we stretch from the ground up.

We will release tension beginning at our feet and work our way up through the legs, hips, low back, shoulders, arms and neck.

These stretches are gentle, yet releasing, and all fitness abilities are welcome and encouraged.

Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.

Please note, this is a RAIN or SHINE event. in the instance of inclement weather, Yoga will continue in the covered Arbor outdoor space. No Refunds.
