European Battlefield Photography - Local History Speaker Series

Join Mike McDonnell as he takes us on a journey through both world wars, comparing photos from the time with more recent images. We will visit sites in France, Belgium, Netherlands and Italy including such notable places as Vimy, Ypres, Paris, and Arnhem. The focus will be on Canadian involvement in these wars.

October’s Local History Speaker Series is taking place Tuesday, October 21 at 6 PM.

VENUE CHANGE: The Speaker Series will be held at the John Aker Northview Branch of the Oshawa Public Libraries, in the Nonquon Room, located at 250 Beatrice St. E., Oshawa.

The Local History Speaker Series is an event presented in partnership between the Oshawa Historical Society and the Oshawa Public Libraries.
