Info: Hoong Phang is a Registered Physiotherapist and the Managing Director at Propel Physiotherapy. His passion for rehabilitation began as a research student, where he was inspired by the strength and resilience of individuals recovering from injury.
Today, Hoong leads multidisciplinary teams across Propelโs clinics in Etobicoke, Pickering, and Peterborough. He combines hands-on clinical experience with strategic leadership to deliver high-quality, client-focused care.
While overseeing operations and growth, Hoong remains connected to frontline care and is committed to evidence-based, compassionate therapy. His dual role as clinician and leader helps Propel remain at the forefront of rehabilitation services in Ontario.
Info: Dr. Michelle OโBrien is a Clinical Neuropsychologist with approved practice in adult and geriatric neuropsychology. She completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at York University in 2006 and is registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (#4637).
She works at Lakeridge Health, providing neuropsychological assessments across multiple sites. Her experience spans brain injury, stroke, dementia, addiction, and dual diagnoses. Dr. OโBrien is a member of several professional associations and serves on the steering committee of HeadsUp Durham.
Her clinical and research interests include the intersection of brain injury, mental health, substance use, and interpersonal violence.
Info: Heather Campbell is an occupational therapist and the founder of Campbell Occupational Therapy, a community-based practice supporting clients recovering from brain injuries,
concussions, and other serious injuries and illnesses. With over a decade of experience in hospital and community settings, she helps clients regain independence after brain
injuries, addresses the physical, cognitive, and psycho-emotional impacts of injury on daily function, and helps clients navigate the rehabilitation process. Heather offers a real world perspective on recovery and reintegration, grounded in her commitment to client centred care and functional outcomes.

Catastrophic Brain Injury in 2008.
