Yoga·B·Yoga and Restoration Haus are coming together to offer a powerful wellness experience designed to reset your body and mind. Join Marie for a 60min Flow Yoga class to release tension, build strength, and reconnect with your breath. Then head over to Restoration Haus in downtown Orwigsburg (~2 miles from Yoga Studio) for a refreshing cold plunge to invigorate the nervous system, support recovery, and leave you feeling clear and renewed.

6-7pm Yoga followed by Cold Plunge

Exchange: $30 (includes yoga & cold plunge)
