Community Yoga at Post & Pour

YOGA SUMMER SERIES ☀️ 🧘‍♂️

We are teaming up with Post & Pour to bring some free outdoor yoga to the community this summer. Mark your calendars for the following dates:

6/26, Thursday 6:30pm
7/17, Thursday 6:30pm
7/31, Thursday 6:30pm
8/3, Sunday 9:00am
8/17, Sunday 9:00am

We encourage you to invites friends and come enjoy some movement and community! These will be an all levels practice. Plan to bring along a yoga mat, water and some shades. Yoga blocks and straps are optional if you enjoy working those into your practice.
