A Sacred Circle for Grief, Voice, and Remembrance
Grief doesn’t want to be fixed.
It wants to be felt.
Witnessed.

Held.
Join us for Held & Heard—a half-day ceremonial circle where we move with grief through the body, breath, voice, and sacred ritual. Together, we will create space for what aches, longs, and still lives inside you to be expressed, honoured, and gently witnessed.
What to Expect:
✨ Felt-sense safety practice to ground the nervous system
✨ Reflection and journaling for unspoken grief
✨ Intuitive vocal expression and breathwork
✨ Altar ritual and communal grief release
✨ Integration sound bath and closing blessing
We will have two intentional breaks during our time together—not just for physical needs, but as sacred pauses for the body and soul to breathe. You are welcome to step outside, journal, sip tea, or be still. No need to engage unless your heart wants to.
This space welcomes all forms of grief—whether tied to a death, a dream, a season, or a former version of you. You don’t need to share or speak unless you choose to. Your pace, your process, and your presence are enough.
