In this in-person Reiki Level One training, you’ll receive your first attunement in the Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki system. We’ll explore not only the traditional teachings, but also intuitive embodiment practices, nervous system support, and how to hold sacred space for yourself in everyday life.

• The foundations of Reiki energy and how it flows
• How to ground, clear, and center your energy
• Nervous system and emotional awareness through Reiki
• Self-Reiki techniques for daily support
• Intuitive and somatic energy sensing
• Sacred presence + space-holding for your own healing
• Creating rituals and practices that nourish you
