Grief takes many forms—and no two experiences are exactly alike. Whether you're processing the loss of a loved one, a major life change, or simply seeking connection during a tough season, you are welcome here.

Join us for a gentle, open conversation about grief, led by Diahann Suchan, a licensed mental health therapist. This is not group therapy, but a supportive community gathering where anyone navigating grief can come together to share, reflect, or simply listen.

There’s no pressure to speak—just a chance to be in the company of others who understand what it means to carry grief.
