The Empowered Journey – 4-Week Fitness Challenge in Rockland

The Empowered Journey is a transformative 4-week fitness experience designed to fuel your energy, strengthen your mind, and elevate your well-being. This challenge blends movement, mindfulness, and music into a powerful back-to-back session that will leave you feeling strong, refreshed, and empowered.

What’s Included:
🔥 Pound Pro (30 min) – A high-energy, full-body Rockout Workout that uses Ripstix® to boost endurance, coordination, and cardiovascular health. This fun, music-driven session helps you let loose and feel empowered.

💪 Pound Unplugged (20 min) – A dynamic, high-impact workout that fuses powerful movements with breathwork, pushing your limits while promoting mental clarity.

🧘 Meditation (10 min) – A calming cooldown session that encourages relaxation and mindfulness, helping you reset and refocus after an intense workout.

📍 Location: Rockland Academy Martial Arts
📆 Dates: Every Friday night – May 9, 16, 23, and 30, 2025
💰 Cost: $95 per participant
🔹 What to Bring: A positive attitude, water, and a yoga mat (Yoga mats will NOT be provided—you must bring your own.)
