60 Minute Breathwork Meditation & Sound Healing Journey

This dual-modality healing experience merges gentle styles of breathwork, frequency healing, sonic-vibrational treatments, and principles of therapeutic sound healing via audible, vibrational and intentional expressions. While practicing gentle, rhythmic breathing patterns during the session, you are welcome to explore the many layers of YOU.
Each unique, gentle breathwork experience will feature a variety of individual or blended techniques including kriya yoga breathwork, pranayama, energetic clearing, chakra cleansing, box breathing, circular breathing & more. No experience is necessary.
Align your mind, body, and spirit while being fully enveloped in sounds, frequencies and tactile physical vibrations from gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, various drums, Native American flutes, rainsticks, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, weighted tuning forks, vocals and more during the therapeutic, immersive sound healing journey.
INCLUDED: Optional aromatherapy, energy work, and use of an eye mask, pillow, blanket, bolster & prepaid comfort platform of choice (twin/queen bed, yoga mat, or massage table.)
BRING: Hydration, socks, & your own comfort items if you have particular needs. Chapstick is recommended for breathwork sessions.
WEAR: Comfy clothes that allow unrestricted movement, preferably with no exposed zippers, buttons, or metal embellishments.
