Worry Rock Workshop with Natalie

I will be introducing some basics about Core Shamanism and helping you approach finding a Worry Rock to partner with you. These are practices that you can take with you and use in your everyday life. Worry rocks are a great way to channel out negative energy, reduce anxiety, and add protection. This educational workshop is great for adults and children alike. Minimum age requirement is seven.
