Sound baths offer deep healing at the cellular level, using a variety of soothing instruments while participants lie down and allow the vibrations to wash over them. The experience stimulates energy to flow and release stored emotions, promoting stess relief and anxiety reduction.

Bring a pillow, blanket, yoga mat, and water bottle.
