Located at the base of the spine, the root chakra is the foundation of our sense of safety, survival, and belonging. It’s where we anchor into the earth, into our habits, and into the rhythms that support us.

In this grounding practice, we’ll explore our connection to the earth and the stability it offers. Through stillness we’ll awaken our root energy—then surrender into a one-of-a-kind sound bath experience featuring plant-based frequencies, created by a device that translates the vibrations of living plants into sound.

Allow your roots to deepen, your nervous system to settle, and your body to remember its ancient connection to the living world.
